New seasons always bring new inspiration for me, and this sunny spring day was not different. Everything felt light and I had the urge to photograph the changes within my closest surroundings: home. A few days earlier a handful of flowers bloomed, adding fresh colours to the garden. It was the inspiration for some new work.

Blooming garden is part of Painting with my camera, a photo series in which I explore how to create colourful abstract artworks with the use of my camera. Resulting in blurry images that, for a moment, make you dream with open eyes.
