El reflejo mágico, 2022
I took this photo on a little hike through the caves of San Cristóbal de las Casas in Mexico. While we were walking next to the river the sunlight came through and created this reflejo mágico (magical reflection) in the water.
It is part of Painting with my camera, a photo series in which I explore how to create colourful abstract artworks with the use of my camera. Resulting in blurry images that, for a moment, make you dream with open eyes.
